Will a redesign hurt my Google rankings?

My site is on WordPress / Wix / Squarespace / GoDaddy. Can you work with it?
Yes. We rebuild from whatever exists — any platform, even hand-made HTML. You don't need logins to your old builder for us to start; a URL is enough for the audit.
What do you need from me?
